How much coffee for a conference?
For conferences we plan about 1.5 cups per attendee per day, with batches timed to registration and breaks. For example, 300 guests over 1 day works out to about 450 twelve-ounce cups, roughly 42.2 gallons of coffee brewed from 22 lb of ground coffee.

Some venues have exclusive catering. Check with your venue first; if outside vendors are allowed, send us the venue details with your quote request.
