How much coffee for a meetup?
Most meetups run two to three hours. We plan about 1.5 cups per guest, which covers arrival, talks and networking. For example, 60 guests over 1 day works out to about 90 twelve-ounce cups, roughly 8.4 gallons of coffee brewed from 4.4 lb of ground coffee.

What's the smallest meetup you'll cater?
We cater meetups from about 20 guests up. Send your headcount and we'll tell you what fits.
Can you do evening meetups?
Yes. Tell us your start and end times when you request a quote.
Do you bring decaf?
Ask for it when you book and we'll include it in your quote.
How far in advance should I book?
Two weeks or more is ideal, but send the request even if your event is sooner and we'll tell you if we can make it.
Where do you cater?
