How much coffee for a demo day?
Demo days usually run a few hours. We plan about 1.5 cups per guest. For example, 100 guests over 1 day works out to about 150 twelve-ounce cups, roughly 14.1 gallons of coffee brewed from 7.3 lb of ground coffee.
