How much coffee for a hackathon?
Plan coffee per day of hacking. Tell us your schedule, including any overnight hours, and we'll quote coverage for the times your hackers are awake. For example, 150 guests over 2 days works out to about 450 twelve-ounce cups, roughly 42.2 gallons of coffee brewed from 22 lb of ground coffee.

How much coffee do you need for a hackathon?
We plan about 1.5 cups of coffee per hacker per day. For a 150-person, two-day hackathon that's about 450 twelve-ounce cups. Our guide on how much coffee to order has a calculator for your exact headcount.
Can you cover an overnight hackathon?
Tell us your full schedule, including overnight hours, when you request a quote and we'll tell you what coverage we can provide.
Do you work with student and university hackathons?
Yes. We cater hackathons of every size in New York City. Send your headcount and budget and we'll put together a quote.
Can sponsors brand the coffee station?
Ask us when you book. We can talk through cup stickers or signage for a sponsor at the coffee station.
How far in advance should I book?
Two weeks or more is ideal, but send the request even if your event is sooner and we'll tell you if we can make it.
Where do you cater?
We cater events across New York City. If your event is outside the city, send a request anyway and tell us where.
