How much coffee for a team offsite?
For a full-day offsite we plan about 1.5 cups per person, with fresh batches through the morning and after lunch. For example, 40 guests over 1 day works out to about 60 twelve-ounce cups, roughly 5.6 gallons of coffee brewed from 2.9 lb of ground coffee.
